Returns
We accept returns or refunds within 5 days of the delivery date for most items, provided the request meets our criteria. Returns must be based on reasonable grounds such as clear flaws in quality or we send out wrong size. Simply deciding you no longer want the item is not considered a valid reason for return. We reserve the right to assess whether your return request is justified.Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to incorrect size selection. Please confirm before placing your order.

To ensure the product you receive fully meets your expectations, we will provide you with a dedicated quality inspection video before shipping. The video will be sent to you via email.

Please carefully review the product details in the video. We will only arrange shipment after you confirm in writing via email that everything is correct.If we do not receive your confirmation or modification suggestions within 3 days, in order not to delay your receipt of the goods, we will assume that you have confirmed that everything is correct and will automatically begin the shipment process.

This confirmation process is designed to protect your rights and signifies your acceptance of the product's final condition. Therefore, once the product has been shipped and signed for, refund requests based on confirmed details such as appearance or specifications will not be accepted, except for quality issues.

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, return shipping will be free.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Lost Packages
Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you provide. Please double-check your shipping details to avoid such issues.No refund will be provided if you enter an incorrect address.

For packages that are not delivered due to force majeure events such as customs or logistics issues, our solution is to resend them free of charge; refunds are not accepted. Please be aware of this.

Refund Process
Refunds are only initiated after the returned item is received and approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date for most items.

  1. Return and Exchange: Return the product to us, cover the shipping costs, and we will ship your new item once the returned product is received and approved.
  2. Discount Option: Receive a 10% discount code to place a new order immediately without needing to return the original item.
